Pull-resistant transi­tions from PE to steel pipe for welding

At Reinert-Ritz, you will find the right form-fit solution for your pipe system for the safe and tension-resistant transition of your steel pipe to PE-HD pipe.
The steel pipe end is provided with a welding bevel in accor­dance with ISO 3138–1 as per DIN EN ISO 9692–1 Type 22 and can be designed in a short version for connection to fittings.
As an alter­native to welding, the version with a flange transition or for water appli­ca­tions or with steel pipe according to customer speci­fi­ca­tions is optionally available.
DVGW-certified versions are available in dimen­sions from DN 80 / d 90 mm to DN 200 / d 225 mm.

PE100 transition pipe connection URV PE/steel — gas appli­cation- General prelim­inary remarks The fittings to be offered must be manufac­tured on the PE side from material in accor­dance with the PE100+ Associ­ation and comply with DIN EN 1555 in terms of dimen­sions, toler­ances and quality require­ments, and with DIN ISO 3183 on the steel side. Proof of production on the basis of a quality assurance system in accor­dance with DIN EN ISO 9001 must be provided. A certificate in accor­dance with DIN EN 10204 must be provided by the manufac­turer for all molded parts. Alter­na­tively, the body of the molded part must be manufac­tured from a single piece of homoge­neous semi-finished material using the injection molding process, even for more complex struc­tures, in order to ensure the required reinforcement and thus high stability of the molded part. Semi-finished products made from winding rod or other subse­quently applied reinforce­ments are not permitted. The sealing element must be made of NBR in accor­dance with DIN EN 682.
The PE spigot end must be suffi­ciently long for HW welding.
The welding bevel on the steel end must be designed in accor­dance with DIN ISO 9692–1 type 22.
Optionally available versions: with drilled steel flanges to DIN EN 1092–1 PN 10 or PN 16 or other inter­na­tional standards, stainless steel pipe 1.4571 or 1.4301.
