Pressurised water and pull-resistant wall ducts

Thanks to their design, the wall ducts not only provide water pressure tightness but also act as a fixed point for your pipe in the masonry or shaft structure.
The long spigot ends are ideal for welding in with electro­fusion sockets or can alter­na­tively be butt-welded.

PE 100 wall duct, resistant to pressurized water and tension Generalprelim­inary remark The fittings to be offered must be made of material in accor­dance with the PE100+ Associ­ation and comply with DIN EN 12201 with regard to dimen­sions, toler­ances and quality require­ments. Proof of production on the basis of a quality assurance system in accor­dance with DIN EN ISO 9001 must be provided. A certificate in accor­dance with DIN EN 10204 must be provided by the manufac­turer for all molded parts. The body of the molded part must be made from a single piece of homoge­neous semi-finished product in order to ensure the required reinforcement and thus high stability of the molded part. Semi-finished products made from winding rod or other subse­quently applied reinforce­ments are not permitted. The fitting as a whole must be designed in accor­dance with the pressure class.
The spigot end must be designed for the electro­fusion welding process (HM) and corre­spond to the pipe dimension.
The sealing function must be ensured by a wall collar made of EPDM material, which is fixed to the body with stainless steel bands.
Optionally available versions: without wall collar as non-pressurized water-resistant version
