Hollow bar

Like solid rods, the production of hollow rods made of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) is one of our specialties.
We currently extrude hollow rods up to an outer diameter of approx. 2850 mm. PE hollow rods are versatile plastic products that can be used in various industries and applications.
Thanks to their excellent properties, they are particularly popular in piping systems.
The hollow rods are made of polyethylene (PE), a robust and durable material that is highly resistant to chemical influences, weathering and mechanical stress.
This makes them ideal for use outdoors and in demanding environments.
Another advantage of PE hollow rods is their lightweight yet stable construction.
This makes them easy to handle and transport, which makes work processes more efficient.
The hollow rods are also easy to work with so that they can be individually adapted to the respective requirements.
Thanks to their high dimensional stability and flexibility, PE hollow bars are versatile.
Whether as a construction element or fitting piece in piping systems.
Our stock includes a wide range of dimensions in pipe quality.
If your desired dimension is not in stock, we can produce the right hollow rods for you in PE 100 black or PP‑R gray (RAL 7032) if you order a minimum quantity.
The material is pipe quality in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15494.
Other materials are possible if sufficient quantities are ordered.
The standard delivery length is 2000 mm. Individual cuts can be realized in any length.
We offer high-quality products in various designs and dimensions to meet your individual requirements.
