The light­weight and absolutely corrosion-resistant QUICK-TWIST fitting and disman­tling piece is tailored precisely to your needs.
On the fixed side, QUICK-TWIST is equipped with our tried-and-tested VP special flange, which offers outstanding connection and sealing properties.
For maximum relia­bility on the loose side, the cleverly designed Reinert-Ritz HP flange is used.
This impresses with its patented and coordi­nated design of backing flange and PE collar.
For the pipe-side connection, you can choose between a spigot end (for HM or HS welding) or a special VP flange.
The variant with spigot end (for HM or HS welding) is a novelty in the fitting and extension piece market and is unique in this form.
It allows you to integrate the fitting and extension option perma­nently welded into the pipe, which saves a consid­erable amount of time during installation.
On the loose side, our Reinert-Ritz HP flange, known for its high relia­bility, is used.
Operation is virtually a breeze.
A turning mechanism adjusts the desired length.
The flange is then screwed on as usual.
The time saving compared to a standard fitting and removal piece is more than 50 %.

General prelim­inary remark The fittings to be offered must be made of material in accor­dance with the PE100+ Associ­ation and comply with DIN EN 12201 with regard to dimen­sions, toler­ances and quality requirements.
The fittings must be designed both in the flange-flange version and in the optionally available flange-tip-end version with coarse thread with patented thread play for the adjustment possi­bility +/- 15 mm of the fitting and removal piece.
The PE fitting bodies must be manufac­tured from a single piece of homoge­neous semi-finished product, alter­na­tively by injection molding.
Semi-finished products made from coiled rod are not permitted.
The flanges must be drilled in accor­dance with DIN EN 1092–1 PN 10 or PN 16.
The collar and flange must interlock positively at their connecting surfaces and the flange must also support the collar from the outside to counteract deformation.
This ensures that the flange connection can withstand the full pressure load in accor­dance with the pipe dimensioning.
The backing flange on the fixed flange side must be equipped with a disk spring function that maintains the preload after the bolts have been tightened.
The collar on the fixed flange side and the thread seal must be fitted with an O‑ring seal appro­priate to the dimension and appli­cation (TW è EPDM | AW è NBR).
The backing flanges must be made of corrosion-free, fiber-reinforced, high-strength plastic or steel with a plastic coating in accor­dance with DIN EN 10310 or stainless steel.

    Der Nachweis der Herstellung auf Basis eines Qualitätssicherungssystems nach DIN EN ISO 9001 ist zu erbringen. Für alle Formteile ist ein Zeugnis nach DIN EN 10204 vom Hersteller vorzulegen.

    Das anstelle des Festflan­sches optional erhältliche Spitzende ist in langer Form auszuführen, um sowohl eine Heizele­ments­tumpf­schweißung (HS) als auch eine Heizwen­delschweißung (HM) ausführen zu können.
