Loose flanges

The ideal partner for pre-welding collars

Losflansch als mechanisches Bauteil bei Rohrverbindungen

Loose flanges are a tried-and-tested method of connecting two pipes or lines together securely and tightly. These special flanges make it possible to join the two ends of the pipe quickly and easily. A major advantage of loose flanges is their flexibility. They can easily be used at different points along a pipeline without having to unscrew the entire system. This not only saves time during repairs or extensions, but also reduces costs.

In addition, loose flanges offer a high level of tightness and safety for the transportation of various media such as gas or liquids. Thanks to their precise design, they ensure safe operation of the system without leaks or failures.

Loose flanges are available in different materials — Reinert-Ritz loose flanges are made of plastic-coated cast iron, drilled in accordance with DIN EN 1092 PN 10 or PN 16.

The flanges impress with their sophisticated design and low weight compared to similar loose flanges. This ensures that they are both corrosion-resistant and robust enough to withstand the stresses of use. This type of flange is also characterized by its simple installation: The two ends of the pipe simply need to be inserted into each other and secured with screws — a straightforward process even for less experienced tradespeople.

All in all, loose flanged connections are therefore an effective solution for connecting pipes quickly, safely and cost-effectively. Their flexibility, tightness and ease of installation make them a popular choice in the industry.
