Chamber liner

Shaft lining, also known as pipe shaft lining, is used to support and secure pipes during installation in shafts.
It is used to protect the pipes from damage and to ensure safe installation.
The shaft lining is installed in the shaft and fixes the pipes in position so that they cannot slip or be damaged.
With the right manhole lining, pipes can be laid safely and durably without damage or displacement.
This is particularly important in areas where the pipes are exposed to heavy loads, such as in supply lines.
The Reinert Ritz product is set in concrete in the shaft wall and allows a pipe to be fed into the structure in the form of a floating bearing.
Sealing takes place against both the masonry and the pipe.
The installation can be carried out during new construction or at a later date.
The pipeline can be laid after completion of the entry.
The manhole lining is made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber) to ensure high stability and durability.
The EPDM is fitted with stainless steel bands and an elastic O‑ring on the inside.
For better insertion of the pipe, the pipe can be easily chamfered and lubricant can be used for uncomplicated installation.
The shaft lining is optionally available in lengths of 150 or 240 mm.
However, we are also happy to manufacture it in individual sizes and designs to meet the requirements of your respective projects. Simply get in touch with us.
To ensure that the pipe installation runs smoothly and the pipes are optimally protected, choosing the right manhole lining is crucial.
With high-quality manhole liners, you can save time and money while ensuring a high-quality installation.
So if you are looking for first-class manhole lining for pipe laying, you should focus on quality and reliability.
Only then can you be sure that your project will be successful and long-lasting.

PE 100 manhole liningGeneralpreliminary remark The fittings to be offered must be made of material in accordance with the PE100+ Association and comply with DIN EN 12201 with regard to dimensions, tolerances and quality requirements. Proof of production on the basis of a quality assurance system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 must be provided. A certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 must be provided by the manufacturer for all molded parts. The body of the molded part must be made from a single piece of homogeneous semi-finished product in order to ensure the required reinforcement and thus high stability of the molded part. Semi-finished products made from winding rod or other subsequently applied reinforcements are not permitted. The sealing function against the masonry / shaft wall must be ensured by a wall collar made of EPDM material, which is fixed to the body with stainless steel straps.
The sealing function against the pipe must be ensured by an O‑ring made of elastic EPDM material.
